PRO-Health Sharing Sessions

Promoting Rights Organizing for Health is an initiative of G-Watch and Accountability Research Center on strategic approach to accountability in health. It aims to improve public health governance in ensuring quality reproductive, maternal and newborn, children and adolescents health services accessible to all through organizing, monitoring, coalition-building, advocacy and learning of monitors and accountability frontliners of G-Watch’s local core groups, other partner civil society organizations in collaboration with allied local government units. 

Sharing Session is part of G-Watch’s post- monitoring activities that convenes key volunteer-monitors to share their experience, review the result of the monitoring and come up with preliminary analysis and recommendations on the monitored policy, program or service delivery.


  • To gather select PRO-Health volunteer-monitors for them to share their monitoring experience;
  • To process the result of the monitoring, analyze it and draw findings;
  • To study the result of the review of evidence and baselining research done by G-Watch Center team;
  • To surface key lessons and recommendations.

PRO-Health Sharing Sessions will be held in participating G-Watch local sites: Pasig, Dumaguete, Puerto Princesa, Lanao, Naga and Bohol. It will also be held in participating sites of PRO-Health core partner organizations: Samahan ng Nagkakaisang Pamilyang Pantawid (SNPP) and Student Council Alliance of the Philippines (SCAP). It will kick off in Pasig on November 27-28 and will continue early next year.
